Allendale Wrestling wins Regional

For the second consecutive season the Allendale wrestling team is headed to the team state finals.
Allendale defeated the Bulldogs of Byron Center 52-7 in the semi-final match while Middleville Thornapple Kellogg beat Hamilton 39-29 to advance to the finals.
The falcons started strong versus the Trojans by winning their first six matches. They went on to claim the regional trophy with a final score of 61-9.
Division two team state finals will be held at Wings Event Center - Kalamazoo beginning Friday, February 23 at 6:45pm. More information can be found at mhsaa.com/sports/wrestling or here.
