The Falcons earned their seventh win of the season on Monday against the visiting Cardinals of Orchard View.  Allendale was able to carry momentum from a win on Friday into the opening minutes.  It took 3 minutes and 10 seconds for defender Catherine Hildebrand to find Kenndai Fuller over the top, and with a smartly taken touch, Fuller was free of the defenders, and found the back of the net in a 1v1 with the opposing goalkeeper.  Less than 5 minutes later, she received another through ball from Anna Koning, and Fuller had her 2nd goal of the evening.  Avery Terpstra scored once more before half, bringing the score to 3-0 in favor of the Falcons.  

The Falcons opened the second half by taking control again, and possessing the ball for a majority of the early minutes.  Terpstra scored her second of the game on a through ball played by Addison DeMott.  The Falcons had 12 shots (of 20 total) in the second half, but were unable to convert any more into goals until Fuller took a touch into space after recieving an expertly placed pass from Lauren Butterfield.  Finiding herself in a 1v1 again with the Orchard View Goalkeeper, Fuller did not disappoint, as she chipped the ball in over the goalkeepers head, bringing the score to 5-0, where it would stay until the final whistle.

The Falcons improve to 7-1 on the season, and will travel to Sparta for a conference clash on Wednesday.
