The Falcons squared off against West Catholic on Monday in what was their final meeting of this season.  The Falcons defeated West Catholic 4-0 several weeks ago at West Catholic.  The team came into the game focused and ready to win the season series against West Catholic.  In the first several minutes of the game, it was clear that Allendale was prepared.  The team's passing was clean, and they were able to maintain possession for a majority of the first half.  While the Falcons of Allendale had plenty of scoring opportunities, the only one to fall in the first half was a chip over the goalkeeper's head by Rachel Sinnott, scoring her first of the season.  

In the second half, wary of a West Catholic team poised to make a comeback, the Falcons of Allendale continued to dominate possession of the ball, and controlled the pace of the game.  It was only a matter of time before the team was able to capitalize on the opportunities that were given to them.  10 minutes into the second half, Brielle Joslyn recieved a cross from Anna Koning, and found the back of the net.  The Falcons continued to push, until Avery Terpstra found the net 10 minutes later.  Finally, Kennadi Fuller scored late in the second half, bringing the final score to 4-0 in favor of Allendale.  

The team moves to 11-3, and seeks to maintain strong home performance Wednesday against non-conference foe Black River High School.  Kickoff is at 4pm.
