Freshman volleyball ended up in the finals after fighting their way to the top after their first lost against Forest Hills Northern 16-25, 18-25, 22-25. After that they found their rhythm defeating Grand Haven 18-25, 25-22, 25-23 and Spring Lake 25-18, 25-14. Going into bracket play defeating Zeeland West 25-16, 27-25 and redeeming themselves against Forest Hills Northern in the finals 25-8, 24-26, 15-11. The freshman teams overall record is 4-1. .
