COOPERSVILLE HIGH SCHOOL: 2
The Falcons fought hard in the heat yesterday, earning a draw against Coopersville. Allendale jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first half on goals by Emilio Juarez and Jeremy Wiersema. In the second half it became a game of feet, as a couple of bounces could have changed the outcome of the game, but in the end Coopersville came back to score 2 in the second half, and the game concluded in a draw. The Falcons look forward to a tough contest Tuesday at Spring Lake.
